About us

Claire Watt  Chartered (FCIPD) - Director, Ditton HR Limited

Ditton HR is a Human Resources, Recruitment and Training consultancy established by Claire Watt and based in Long Ditton, Surrey. We have a team of HR professionals who are all fully qualified and Chartered Members of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development (CIPD) and have significant practical HR experience from a wide variety of sectors.

Claire is a qualified HR and training professional who is a fellow member of the CIPD. Claire has worked in HR and Training since 1994 and is highly experienced in all areas of her field.

Claire is a Psychology graduate with a Masters in Personnel and Development, qualified in Psychometric Testing (Level A and B) and an Executive Coach. Her experience spans across a variety of sectors including the professional services, retail, not-for-profit and charitable.

Claire's most recent roles have included Executive Director of People at Samaritans, responsible for all people aspects of the charity both employees and volunteers, and HR Director at the National Centre for Social Research. Claire has also written for the online HR resource, XpertHR.


Judith Tidnam – HR & Training Consultant

Judith is a pragmatic and driven fully CIPD qualified, senior HR professional, bringing 20 years of HR generalist experience in both commercial and operational environments, spanning across a range of sectors. Judith is also a qualified psychometric assessor. Her early career began in the hospitality and leisure sector with Intercontinental Hotels and the start-up of Vinopolis in the heart of London. Subsequently, she became Regional HR Director for an emerging leisure company, The Club Company, where she led the HR development of the business, as well as supporting the people processes required for the growth and acquisition of several new country clubs.

In 2006, Judith joined Shooting Star as HR Director, a charitable organisation providing specialist children’s palliative care. In 2001, Shooting Star merged with Chase Hospice, here she led all HR aspects of the merger, taking Shooting Star Chase through a significant period of growth and substantial change involving 200 employees and 500 volunteers.

Since 2013, Judith has been working on interim and freelance HR and organisational development projects.


Oonagh Johnston – HR Consultant and Coach

Oonagh is fully CIPD qualified and has extensive strategic and operational HR leadership expertise, gained within FTSE’s and SME’s, which qualifies her to deliver refreshing, compelling and engaging transformational change. Her experience spans the full gambit of the employee life cycle; hiring, developing, organisational change and talent retention, enabling her to simplify, innovate and improve, traditional people practices. She’s also an accomplished coach and facilitator, with a drive and genuine passion for motivating people through uncertainty, to develop that challenger spirit and conscious leadership. She holds post graduate diplomas in HR and Coaching as well as being a qualified psychometric assessor.

 


Kerry Rice-Oxley - HR Consultant

Kerry is a CIPD qualified professional with over 15 years’ advisory and managerial experience within a number of sectors, including media, technology and not-for-profit.  Kerry graduated with a 2:1 degree in Psychology, and also has a post-graduate diploma in Human Resource Management.

Kerry has worked for fast-moving, high profile companies such as EMI, Nickelodeon and the BBC providing operational and strategic HR support. Kerry specialises in SMEs providing HR support across the board. Kerry has supported clients from setting up HR functions and putting the basics in place, through to managing restructures and performance issues, as well as covering the day to day aspects of HR and employee management.


Emma Greggains – Occupational Psychologist

Emma is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with twenty years of behavioural assessment and development experience; she now specialises in career management.  Accredited to Level A and B in the BPS Certificate of Competence, Emma uses a wide range of psychometrics (e.g. Myers Briggs, WAVE, OPQ) for assessment from graduate to executive level.  Emma has worked with clients in both the private and public sector, including Local Government, National Grid and most recently the British Olympic Swimming Team.

Emma designs bespoke assessment solutions and supports her clients to deliver them effectively. Product design experience includes competency based interviews, assessment centre exercises, assessor training materials and evaluation tools.

Emma’s particular area of interest is in supporting individuals through career transition, outplacement and clients who are exploring ways to re-enter the workplace after a career break.  In partnership, she works to understand each person’s unique situation and then helps them to identify and act upon their key strengths in order to come up with a well-balanced career plan.
